Let me just say that waiting for a table at breakfast is very charming, but only if one doesn't mind instant coffee in filter pots. Nothing screams luxury like having two single mattresses awkwardly pushed together. I almost thought i would give a good review, but the discomfort ruined it. Very dissapointing stay.

Good location on main tourist tram route. Large rooms.
Old, tired fixtures. Ineffective airconditioning.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our group enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near major sights. Rooms were clean and warm, although the duvet was a bit thin. Breakfast had a decent variety, but a traditional English fry-up option would have been appreciated. Ideal for a budget-friendly short break in Prague!

The hotel is in a great situation. Only 5 mins walk from Wenceles Sq. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel. Cheap too. Once into Wenceles Sq the prices do rise just godown a side street and they drop. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My friend and I had no complaints about cleanliness or location.
On our booking confirmation we requested for a twin room. When we got there it was a double bed. Not a hgue problem, i would have just had to share with my friend, but we asked if they could move us as we had stated for a twin in the first place. The staff on reception were a bit 'huffy' when I asked her to change the room. She was a bit abrupt and said we hadnt stated what we wanted. Until i pointed out on our booking confirmation. it was so simple for her to change us. However she was obviously put out that she had to change our room! This is the only thing I can complain about everything else was spot on.

The room offered a nice atmosphere and great value, with comfortable beds and accessible public transport nearby. The breakfast staff could improve their friendliness, and it would be great to see a bit more variety in the breakfast options to enhance the experience.

Relaxing atmosphere in the hotel and helpful staff.
Too far from the main attractions in the city (Xmas markets)

The hotel was luxury, spotlessly clean and with quiet atmosphere, I truly enjoyed the ideal location close to the metro. All of the staff were delightfully helpful, attentive. Location: the venue was next to tram, the outskirts of the tourist areas, and the main town / sights.

great location but breakfast could improve
The location is excellent, just a short walk from key attractions. Nice touch with complimentary tea and water in the room! The city view from my window added a lovely ambiance .
Breakfast options lacked variety, a bit monotonous.

Very good location close to National museum and walking distance from touristic places. Lively quarter, choice of restaurants around the hotel as well as one supermarket (Tesco Express). Room was quite large with a very clean bathroom and a small minibar. Not noisy despite the proximity of the trams.
You have to give a deposit of 20 euros to obtain the key of the safe located in your room.

Staff was extremely helpful. Service went beyond what you would expect from hotel personnel. Hotel is situated near metro and tram lines and rooms were clean. Would definitely return, just because of staff treatment...

We enjoyed the convenient location near attractions, made exploring with our kids so much easier. Breakfast had a good variety, including some tasty options. My wife found the beds comfortable, and it was great to have a space for our little one's crib.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness needs attention.

The hotel is very well located, only a short distance from Metro station I.P.Pavlova. On my arrival I was greeted by the very charming and helpful receptionist, Eleana. From that point I really felt the lovely warm atmosphere that exists in Hotel Tyl.
